Tulsa man arrested for killing parents

(TULSA, Okla.) UPDATE: Police have arrested Bryan Spence, 40, for the murder of his parents Beverly and Joseph Spence. ORIGINAL STORY: Just before 9 a.m. Monday, officers were called to an abandoned vehicle at 3700 E. 91st St. They traced the car back to the owners, Beverly and Joseph Spence, who lived in the area of 5100 E. 88th St. Officers went to the residence and found both of the Spences dead from gunshot wounds. The house was full of gas and the area was evacuated for the safety of nearby residents until TFD and ONG could safely clear the house. Right now, the homicide unit is investigating both deaths as homicides and are still questioning anyone who might have any knowledge about the murders.
