Woman shot dead by citizen after allegedly firing at customers

(TULSA, Okla.) On Friday, officers responded to a shooting at 5300 N. Peoria. A black female was found dead at the scene from gunshot wounds. A man with a concealed carry permit notified officers that he fired at the woman after she fired at customers outside a business at that shopping area. Video showed the woman had been involved in an earlier altercation in the parking lot of the business involving parking. She left and then returned about three minutes later, took out a gun and fired at people standing outside the business. The citizen with a concealed carry permit saw her fire and returned fire, killing the victim. The shooter was taken to detective division and questioned and released.
