Owasso man killed in construction accident

(CHOCTAW COUNTY, Okla.) An Owasso man is dead after an accident on a road construction site on Wednesday.
We’re told it happened northeast of Boswell around 4 p.m.
Troopers said Homero Barron Alarcon, 37, was operating a Sheepsfoot Roller, a type of soil compaction equipment, when he went off the road into an embankment.
We’re told Alarcon was partially ejected and the vehicle rolled on top of him.
He was freed by coworkers using construction equipment but died at the scene.
