Shooting academy victim and suspect identified

(TULSA, Okla.) On Friday at about 3:15 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at the 2A Shooting Academy, located at 4616 E. Admiral. One person is dead and a second was transported to the hospital with a life-threatening self-inflicted wound. The victim of the homicide at the 2A Shooting Academy has been identified as Mitchell Bab, 24, of Baton Rouge, LA. The shooter/suicidal subject is Christopher Washington, 29, of Tulsa. Witnesses and video show that both the victim and the suspect arrived separately. As the victim appeared to be preparing to leave, the suspect fired several rounds into the victim's back and then turned the gun on himself. The investigation is on-going. Washington is still alive but is not expected to survive his wound.
