Man killed by semi while changing tire, OHP seeking public assistance

(SEQUOYAH COUNTY, Okla.) Traffic Homicide and Troop C troopers worked a fatal hit and run collision Saturday July 18 around 7:00 p.m. on I-40 eastbound, 3.7 miles north of Moffett in Sequoyah County. Witnesses stated a white semi truck pulling a white box trailer struck a truck and pedestrian. Robert Rabe was driving a 1977 Chevrolet truck eastbound and had pulled to the shoulder and changed a flat tire before being struck. The semi truck may have damage to the right front or the tractor and/or right side of the trailer. It traveled east into Arkansas on I-40. This is a photo of the actual semi after it struck the man.
