(TULSA, Okla.) On Sunday just before noon, a white male suspect robbed three fast food restaurants in the area of 2100 S. Sheridan Rd. The suspect entered the lobby of Burger King and McDonalds and robbed Taco Bueno through the drive thru. The suspect held a battery pack under his shirt and simulated that it was a gun in all three robberies. The till was taken from Taco Bueno but the suspect was unable to open it and abandoned it. On Monday morning, robbery detectives went to the area and began to canvass for the suspect. At that time Ofc. Tony Hill started receiving information that the suspect was at the Dollar General at 3100 S. Mingo Rd. Detectives set up at the car wash to the east. Ofc. Hill then advised that she had received information that the suspect was at the convenience store on the S.E. corner of 3100 S. Mingo Rd. Detectives and Ofc. Hill entered the parking lot and took the suspect into custody without incident. Kyle Wright was transported to Det. Division where he confessed to all three robberies. Wright was wearing the same clothing he is seen on surveillance video committing the robberies. Wright stated that he is homeless and a heroin addict.
