Man and woman stabbed during attempted car burglary

(TULSA, Okla.) On Tuesday at 3:21 a.m., Mingo Valley Division officers were dispatched to St. Francis South to investigate a stabbing of two individuals. The victims, an adult male and female, stated they were at their residence near 3500 S. 85th East Ave., when they heard someone trying to break into their vehicle. The victims stated they interrupted the burglary from vehicle (BFV)!and a fight broke out with two unknown male suspects. The victims stated one of the suspects pulled a knife and stabbed the male in the back/shoulder and the female was cut/stabbed in the process of breaking up the fight. The suspects fled the scene and so did the victims. The male victim was seriously injured but in stable condition at the time of this report. The female is also in stable condition. Detectives responded to the scene and both hospitals. The suspects were not located at this time. They were described as two unknown males.
