Suspect sought after Incredible Pizza double shooting
Police are searching for a possible suspect after a double shooting at Incredible Pizza in Tulsa Tuesday night.
We’re told Mason “D” Williams left the scene driving a dark colored Toyota Forerunner with out of state plates, and that he possibly lives in the Cobblestone Apartments at 51st and Memorial.
The truck, which had been reported stolen, was recovered in the apartment complex. Investigators said it appeared to be used in the shooting.
Officers were called to the Incredible Pizza on Memorial just after 5 p.m. Tuesday after a report of shots fired. When they arrived, they discovered two people with gunshot wounds on the southwest side of the building.
We’re told Brandon Hunt, 28, was shot multiple times in the neck, shoulder and back. Brittany Frierson, 27, was shot once in the lower abdomen. Both are expected to survive.
Police said the victims and suspect met in the parking lot for a drug deal or to settle some other kind of debt, when the two men began fighting. The suspect then allegedly pulled out a gun and began firing at Hunt who was standing outside of his vehicle. Frierson was also shot at the time.
Two children were inside Hunt’s vehicle during the shooting. Neither was injured. They were released to relatives at the scene.
Police said Hunt ran off after he was shot, and the suspect drove after him, still shooting. Frierson drove after them and parked the car where Hunt had collapsed. This is where police found them.
Anyone with information about Williams’ location is asked to give police a call.
