Police ask for public’s help after finding dead puppies in barrel

(TULSA, Okla.) Tulsa police officers were in the area of 2500 South 87th East Avenue Tuesday night. While on scene, officers located a deceased German Shepard puppy inside of a green barrel. Upon further inspection, officers found that there were three deceased German Shepard puppies inside the green barrel. The puppies were found to be wearing harnesses, and appeared to be dumped at the location. The puppies appear to be around six months in age.
