Latest update on Oxford High School shooting
(OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich.) It's been almost two weeks since the Oxford High School shooting.
Currently, James and Jennifer Crumbley, the parents of the accused shooter, are sitting in the Oakland County Jail. Each are charged with four counts of manslaughter.
The pair went missing after they were scheduled to be charged by the Oakland County Prosecutor's office. A "Be On The Lookout" Alert was issued for James and Jennifer Crumbley on December 3 after authorities were unable to locate them.
Later that night, the Detroit Police received a call from someone who believed they saw the Crumbley's car.
In the early morning hours of December 4, James and Jennifer Crumbley were found in a building on the east of Detroit and taken into custody by law enforcement.
Officials said the two were let in by an artist who has a studio in that building.
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said James and Jennifer Crumbley and their son Ethan are all in separate cells and are not able to communicate with one another while in custody.
Ethan Crumbley is expected to have a probable cause hearing December 13 at 1:15 p.m. in Rochester Hills District Court, according to the court's website.
According to the Rochester Hills District Court's website, James and Jennifer Crumbley are scheduled to have a probable cause conference on December 14, at 1:15 p.m.
