(ROGERS COUNTY, Okla.) Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a man who drove into the back of a semi Sunday night has died. We’re told Zachary Helms, 30, of Broken Arrow was driving east on US 412 a half a mile east of Catoosa when a semi slowed down in front of him. Helms then drove into the back of the semi for an unknown reason. He was taken to a local hospital where he died hours later. A nine-year-old child inside the vehicle was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The driver and a passenger inside the semi were not injured. The wreck remains under investigation.
