Grand Rapids man charged with child’s murder

(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.) A Grand Rapids man is behind bars for the murder of a child last weekend.

Alex John Radulovic is charged with felony murder and first degree child abuse. 

It happened at a house on Weston St. SW. 

On Saturday at 9:00 a.m., the Grand Rapids Police Department and Grand Rapids Fire Department received calls that one-year old Alexander Butler wasn't breathing. 

The boy was taken to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital where he died. 

According to the Grand Rapids Police Department, the autopsy showed that Butler died of head trauma. 

GRPD says that Radulovic was responsible for taking care of Butler at the time of the incident.
