Drunk driver arrested after crashing into trooper

Trooper Derek Fry #298 was attempting to stop a driver Friday for failing to stop at a stop sign when the driver crashed into Trooper Fry's partner. The wreck bent the trooper's door all the way back. The driver tested three times above the legal limit DUI. Any BAC of .15 or higher is considered an Aggravated DUI and comes with enhanced penalties. The driver was arrested. We're thankful no one was injured.
