Robert and Holly Winford, owners of the newly revived New Orleans Square Theater, are proposing “New Orleans Square Coffee,” as part of a 5,000-square-foot outparcel commercial building along S. Elm Place just south of W. New Orleans Street.
The building would have frontage along Elm and be located just south of the McDonald’s restaurant. Jacob Lamb is listed as the developer.
The Winfords are proposing a 2,500-square-foot coffee and rolled ice cream shop with drive-through access, with another 2,500 square feet available for a future tenant.
A public hearing and possible action on the proposal and requested lot split is slated for 5:30 pm. at the Broken Arrow City Council meeting chambers, 220 S. 1st St.
City staff have reviewed the proposal and application and recommended approval.
