Davenport was found dead on Nov. 14, 2021 around 7 p.m. by police after responding to a welfare check at Davenport’s home in the 1000 block of S. Aspen Court. Davenport suffered injuries consistent with a homicide, police said. A medical examiner’s report stated that Davenport, a retired tax accountant, had been shot numerous times.

Police said they’re working with Davenport’s family to further the investigation. Anyone who may have information on the case, “whether you believe it to be pertinent or not,” should contact Broken Arrow Police Det. Mooney at MMooney@BrokenArrowOK.Gov, or call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at (918) 596-COPS, remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward.
