53 dogs rescued from foreclosed property

(TULSA, Okla.) Fifty-three dogs now have a new lease on life after being rescued by the Humane Society of Tulsa on Wednesday.
The organization said it took twelve hours to rescue all of the animals from a bank foreclosure property.
We’re told the foreclosure company was set to lock out the property and take the dogs to be euthanized on Thursday.
The organization said it was so cold on the property all the water was frozen.
“They are adjusting to their new surroundings but we will give them tons of love and attention,” the Humane Society of Tulsa posted on Facebook. “Nothing warms like a loving embrace.”

According to the organization’s website, the Humane Society of Tulsa is completely funded through private donations.
