“Women Entrepreneurs Build” offers $25K grant and more to Black and Latinx businesswomen in Tulsa

(TULSA, Okla.) Build In Tulsa is offering a new accelerator program to “innovative and diverse” early-stage startups led by Black and Latinx women in the Tulsa area. 

The new program, called “The W.E. Build Accelerator” is sponsored by Goldman Sachs. Eight businesses will be accepted. 

Build In Tulsa said the W.E. Build Accelerator will implement a comprehensive approach that includes a $25,000 non-dilutive grant, three months of business training, networking and mentorship opportunities, free legal and accounting services, coworking desks and conference room access, laptop devices and connectivity, financial education, cost of living stipends to help provide housing, childcare, and health care, and bi-weekly mental health counseling.

The deadline to apply is March 2, 2023. 

The program will run from April 26 to August 10, 2023.

Build In Tulsa is a community-built organization that provides entrepreneurs with a network of accelerators, mentoring, education, networking, and direct financial assistance.
