Victim dies after shooting at Tulsa apartment complex

(TULSA, Okla.) UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Frankie Foster. On Saturday just after 7 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at Normandy Apartments, 6221 E. 38th Street. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a witness that said she and her boyfriend were sitting in her car in the parking lot when a black small SUV drove up behind them. The witness said she heard gunshots and realized her boyfriend had been shot. EMSA transported the victim to St. Francis where he later died. No suspect information has been released at this time.
