(TULSA, Okla.) Scattered storms will continue Saturday afternoon through evening hours. Focus for any severe weather will generally be along and west of Highway 75 through the mid-evening hours. Localized potential is likely to evolve with the background wind fields supportive of supercell structure and the associated uptick in severe potential. The duration of severe potential will be limited through Saturday evening, however, should a few well developed supercells develop then the severe potential will extend into Eastern Oklahoma and most likely along and south of the Interstate 44 corridor through eastern Oklahoma. Storms weaken and diminish overnight with a cold front moving into the area on Sunday. Storms will again develop Sunday afternoon with a risk of severe weather southeast of Interstate 44.
