Tulsa County man arrested after messaging child he sexually assaulted

(TULSA, Okla.) On Wednesday, Tulsa Police Cyber Crimes detectives arrested 46-year-old Agustin Nieto Regalado AKA Marcos Diaz. Regalado was wanted on a Tulsa County warrant for two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor Child Under 12 and one count of Lewd Proposal to a Minor Child Under 12. Regalado was arrested during an undercover sting. The suspect used Facebook Messenger to contact a victim he had molested when she was nine years old and offered her money for sex. The victim’s mother learned of the proposal and contacted Tulsa Police. Cyber Crimes Detectives posed as one of Regalado’s previous victims online and when he made arraignments to meet the child, he was met by undercover detectives instead. The suspect was arrested in the area of 31st and Hwy 169 without incident. He has used several aliases in the past and the victim did not know his real name. He was found with counterfeit IDs at the time of his arrest. TPD Child Crisis Detectives are investigating the molestation cases and are working to identify possible additional victims.
