Two killed in Atoka County motorcycle wreck

(ATOKA, Okla.) Two women were killed after their motorcycle crashed into a semi Tuesday afternoon. Troopers said it happened on Highway ‪69 near Chockie Mountain Road‬ about 10 miles north of Stringtown. We’re told 36-year-old Rebbeca Adkins-Ruiter of Skiatook was driving the motorcycle with 39-year-old Heather Gaddis of Enid on board when a semi in front of them slowed down due to the rain. Witnessss said Adkins-Ruiter then hit the back of the semi. She and Gaddis were pronounced dead at the scene.
