Fight ends in murder on East 21st Place

(TULSA, Okla.) At 1:54 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance at 6526 E. 21st Pl. Two men were fighting, when one, 23-year-old Jerad Goolsby, went to his car and got a gun. Goolsby returned and shot the victim, 26-year-old Kendale Wright, in the neck. Wright was transported to the hospital and died at 2:40 a.m. Goolsby was arrested and transported to Detective Division, then charged with first degree murder. Wright's family has been notified.
