Two dead in Sand Springs shooting

(TULSA COUNTY, Okla.) UPDATE: Investigators believe 46-year-old Douglas Dick shot his wife as he entered the home. Dick then began shooting at 43-year-old Ryan Huff. Huff then retrieved a gun and began shooting back at Dick. Both men died during the gun battle inside the home. The female victim was taken to an area hospital, where she is expected to survive. ORIGINAL STORY: Two people are dead and a third is in critical condition after a shooting in Sand Springs Thursday night. An official with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office told us it happened at a home at the corner of West Wekiwa Road and South 189th West Ave. We’re told a neighbor found a woman with a gunshot wound in the yard and called 911. She was still alive when she was transported to the hospital. Two men were found dead inside the house. Several bullet holes were also found all over the house. An investigation into what happened is ongoing.
