Cool and wet Halloween expected

Rain and isolated thunderstorms will continue Wednesday into the night. The highest rainfall amounts along with thunderstorm chances are expected across southeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas Wednesday afternoon. Rain and isolated thunder will begin to shift east tonight as the main upper system clears the southern plains and continues to push east.
