(TULSA, Okla.) On July 19, patrol officers responded to an abduction  rape of a 13-year-old girl.  She reported she was walking east on Admiral near Sheridan when an unknown black male in a green truck asked her if she needed a ride. She refused.  The suspect approached her again several minutes later, cornered her between  a motel and restaurant, blindfolded her, drove her to an unknown location and raped her. She was then dropped her off near Mitchell Elementary School.  The next evening  officers on patrol spotted a vehicle matching the description in the same area picking up a suspected adult prostitute. The suspect fit the description given by the victim.  Security video of both the truck and the girl was recovered from several locations around Admiral and Sheridan. The information obtained by the officers on the car stop, the video evidence,  and a strong statement and identification by the victim, led  the District Attorney's Office to agree there was probable cause to arrest the suspect.  Samuel D. Williams, 66 years old, of Tulsa, was located by Child Crisis Detectives. He was just outside the city, in Osage County, in the 2800 block of West 53rd Street North.  OSBI agents assisted in making the arrest outside the city limits of Tulsa. He was booked on charges of first degree rape and kidnapping.
