Man who fatally shot another man at Whataburger not arrested

(TULSA, Okla.) Just before 2 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a shooting at the Whataburger, 1400 S. Peoria. Upon arrival, they found a victim, Eldon Mustin, 30, who had been shot multiple times. He was transported to St. John's hospital where he was pronounced dead at 2:20 a.m. The suspect had fled the scene, but patrol officers found him at his family home and transported him to Detective Division. Multiple witnesses were interviewed and video of the incident was viewed and recovered and the decision was made not to arrest the suspect at this time. The victim of the shooting was armed and appeared to be the aggressor. There are no charges at this time pending further investigation.
