Oklahoma’s “Wake Event of the Year” happening this weekend

(EUFALA, Okla.) The 20th Annual Southern Plains Festival is this Saturday and Sunday. The fun kicks off with a wake-boarding and surfing competition on day one, followed by teaching sessions from professionals Shawn Watson and JD Webb on day two. Organizers said there will be vendors and music on Peter’s Point all weekend. Competition registration costs $30 and closes at 10 a.m. Saturday. The competition starts at 11.
