(TULSA, Okla.) Tulsa Police Homicide Detectives have arrested two suspects in the murder of Anthony Welch. Welch was murdered in the early morning hours of May 28 at 3200 S. Hudson. Over the course of the investigation, detectives learned that Welch was lured to the location with a Plenty of Fish account in order to meet a woman at the 3200 S. Hudson address. Once there, Welch was robbed and murdered. Detectives learned that suspect Elijah Rowe, 16, was involved in the robbery and shooting and the girl who lured Welch to the location was Sauntavia Crawford, 15. Wednesday, Rowe was already in jail for unrelated shooting with Intent to Kill charges and had a hold for criminal charges in Texas. At about 1600 hours, Warrants detectives located Sauntavia Crawford in a stolen car and after a short pursuit, she was arrested. Three other people were taken in custody at that time, but were not suspects in the homicide and were arrested on outstanding warrants. Both Crawford and Rowe will be charged with first degree murder. Satreia Turner, 38, was arrested late Wednesday night by Homicide and Warrants detectives and charged with accessory after the fact in connection to the Anthony Welch homicide. Three total people have been charged in connection to the murder.
