Note: The photo is not the actual vehicle but will be similar to the suspect vehicle (TULSA, Okla.) On Thursday at 5:34 PM, officers were dispatched to the area of 7100 S. Hwy 169 North bound.  A witness reported seeing a woman throw three kittens from a moving vehicle.  The responding officer found two of the kittens dead on the roadway.  The third kitten was not found.  The witness described the suspect vehicle as a 2009 or newer, silver, Honda, Odyssey, van.  The suspect is a white female, with blond hair.  She is approximately 30 years old.  She was wearing a pink t-shirt and a watch on her left wrist. The dark tabby kittens were approximately two months old. Officers believe one of the kittens was thrown out while the van was in the turn lane from E. 71st St to northbound Highway 169. The others were thrown out on the on ramp to Highway 169. Officers are seeking additional information to help in identifying the suspect.  It is also possible that the suspect or suspect vehicle were captured on a business video system in the area. If anyone recognizes the suspect by the her description and the Honda Van, or recalls seeing the van in the area contact the Tulsa Police Department or the Mingo Valley Division.
