No brake lights leads to meth trafficking bust

(TULSA, Okla.) On Sunday at 7:15 PM a patrol officer saw Chrysler Sebring being driven at 1300 S. 79th East Avenue.  The officer noticed the car had no brake lights and made a stop. Abram Simmers was the driver. His license was suspended. While officers were doing an inventory to tow the Chrysler they found a large quantity of methamphetamine hidden under the plastic trim around the gear shift lever of the car.  Simms had $350.00 cash on his person.  The quantity of methamphetamine was more than four times the amount required to earn a charge of drug trafficking Simms was arrested and booked into jail for trafficking methamphetamine, driving under suspension, and no tax stamp on the drugs.
