Police pursuit ends in crash

On November 7th, 2018 at 2240 hours, Officer P. Xiong was on patrol in the area of 4600 S Memorial Dr and ran the tag on a silver Toyota Camry which showed to be stolen as loot in a Robbery.  Officer Xiong waited for other officers to arrive and then activated his emergency equipment to conduct a traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle immediately fled leading officers on a short pursuit.  The vehicle departed the road right at 5700 S Sheridan road, struck a utility pole, spun out and collided with a privacy fence.  The driver fled the scene on foot.  Officers set up a perimeter and K9 and Police 1 responded, however the suspect, described as a white female, was not located.

No arrests were made pending further investigation.
