Trio arrested with more than 200 pounds of marijuana

(TULSA, Okla.) Three people are facing marijuana trafficking charges following a bust by investigators with Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, the Attorney General’s Office and the Wagoner County Sheriffs Office. Rich Lysuwan, Youlee Moua and Chali Saeli were arrested Tuesday, after receiving a shipping container that was filled with 211 pounds of marijuana. Investigators believe the suspects intended to sell the marijuana on the black market in Oklahoma.
