Moore process server found guilty of multiple sex crimes

On November 7, 2018, 37 year old Robert Vincent Wonsch of Moore, Oklahoma was found guilty by a Cleveland County Jury on multiple sex offense charges.

Wonsch was a process server who sexually preyed on female customers who needed his help in getting legal documents served to various entities. He committed his criminal activity in multiple counties throughout Oklahoma.

Wonsch is to serve the following sentences:

Sexual Battery - 7 years

Procuring Lewd Exhibition of Person - 2 years

Sexual Battery - 5 years

Sexual Battery - 5 years

Sexual Battery - 5 years

Kidnapping - 15 years

Forcible Sodomy - 18 years

Sexual Battery - 9 years

Pattern of Criminal Offenses - 2 years and $5,000.00 fine

Engaging in Lewdness - 1 year and $10,000.00 fine

Engaging in Lewdness - 1 year and $10,000.00 fine
