Broken Arrow man killed in drunk driving wreck

(MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla.) A Broken Arrow man is dead after troopers said he drove drunk going the wrong way up US 69 early Saturday morning. It happened just west of Muskogee. We’re told 19-year-old Julian Medina was driving north in the southbound lanes when he struck a semi head on. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi was not injured.
