Murder suspects found in victim's truck

On Monday, officers responded to a dead on arrival call at 3900 S. Elwood. James Gray, 49, was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head. Detectives were able to track down Gray's car and found suspects 27-year-old Randy Rowell 41-year-old Gina Hale in the victim's vehicle. They were detained and taken to Detective Division for questioning. Both Rowell and Hale were arrested for First Degree Murder and booked into David L Moss.
