Native Commerce News is sponsored by the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma (AICCO), dedicated to expanding Indian Country commerce across the globe.
(NATIONAL) If you are still finalizing your Indian Country conference plans for 2025, let this article be your guide on the top events to have on your list.
The Annual Reservation Economic Summit, more commonly referred to as “RES”, is less than a month away, taking place in Las Vegas from March 10th to March 13th.
American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma (AICCO) State President William Lowe also serves on the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED) board, which holds RES every year.
“NCAIED utilizes RES to blend business development, policy discussions, and economic empowerment, creating a space where deals are made, partnerships are formed, and Native enterprises are elevated,” said Lowe. “The event fosters a unique ecosystem that supports Native entrepreneurship at all levels—from startups to multi-million-dollar enterprises.”
This year’s theme is “Beyond Boundaries”.
Lowe said there’s still plenty of time to register for this year’s summit.
“Attendees can expect high-impact networking opportunities, cutting-edge workshops, and keynote sessions from influential tribal leaders, government partners, and industry experts,” said Lowe.
Other upcoming events include the Tribal Self Governance Conference from April 7th through 10th in Chandler, Arizona, and the Native Business Expo at River Spirit Casino and Resort in Tulsa on April 14th.
In August, AICCO’s Gathering Business Summit will also take place at River Spirit Casino and Resort in Tulsa from the 25th through the 27th.
“The Gathering is more than just a conference—it’s a movement that strengthens and empowers Native businesses,” said Lowe. “What sets it apart is how we center Indigenous culture, values, and traditions in every aspect of the event. It’s a space where Native entrepreneurs can connect on a deeper level, form meaningful partnerships, and celebrate our collective success.”
The theme of this year’s Gathering is “Indigenous Innovation: Empowering the Future with AI and Tech”.
There will be vendor opportunities for businesses to showcase their offerings as well as opportunities for networking. Panels and expert speaking engagements will be held throughout the summit, and Lowe said there will also be more interactive workshops for attendees this year.
More information about the Gathering will be released on the AICCO website in the coming months.
