(MUSCOGEE RESERVATION) In less than a month, the Gathering Business Summit 2025 will convene at River Spirit Casino and Resort.

This year’s theme: leadership in all forms.

“Whether it's leading a small business, guiding a tribal enterprise, mentoring the next generation, or advocating for change, leadership is at the heart of what we do,” said William Lowe, the President of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma (AICCO). “Our sessions and speakers will highlight how Native leaders are breaking barriers, building partnerships, and creating pathways for others to follow. It's about honoring where we come from while preparing for where we’re going.”

Lowe says there will be new elements at this year’s summit, including a Leadership Roundtable Series. This element will encompass candid conversations between tribal leadership, corporate executives, and Native entrepreneurs.

The Business to Business Matchmaking session this year will connect Native-owned businesses directly with procurement offices and buyers.

“Whether you're looking to grow your business, expand your skill set, or navigate challenges, the Gathering provides the environment and support to help you move forward with purpose and confidence,” said Lowe.

The summit will also be focusing on the next generation of Native American leaders with programming for youth and young professionals.

Lowe says Native American professionals and business leaders should attend The Gathering stands out in comparison to other business conferences.

“While many conferences focus strictly on commerce, the Gathering brings together the richness of Native tradition with the forward momentum of Indigenous entrepreneurship,” said Lowe. “It’s a space where tribal values and business innovation intersect, where our stories, our sovereignty, and our strategies converge. We’re not just networking; we’re building lasting relationships, celebrating identity, and creating pathways for generational impact.”

The Gathering will also include vendor and artisan booths featuring Native and non-Native businesses.

Attendees will have the chance to interact with representatives from those organizations and make connections.

There will also be networking events in the evenings, multiple speakers, and cultural presentations.

“It’s a place where deals are made, partnerships are born, and inspiration is around every corner,” said Lowe. “Whether you're Native-owned, tribally led, or a corporate partner seeking to engage, the Gathering offers genuine value, meaningful connections, and a genuine sense of purpose. If you care about Native business, you need to be here.”

Registration for vendor and artisan booths and general conference registrations tickets can be purchased here until Friday, August 1.

Vendors will be able to set up their booths the morning of August 25. The conference will begin that day and wrap up the morning of August 27.
