OklahomaEducation
(TULSA, Okla.) Tulsa Public Schools is launching a new employee resource called the Team Tulsa Learning Hub. The Hub is a new, user-friendly knowledge management platform that will offer district technical support as well as ongoing opportunities for all members of Team Tulsa to continue their professional learning remotely.
The Hub will provide access to helpful information, tools, and resources such as:
Distance learning tools and best practices tips;
Wellness practices for both adults and students;
Management and leadership materials; and
Resources to help employees dig into the Tulsa Way for Teaching & Learning.
“We are so excited to launch the Team Tulsa Learning Hub and hope it will be a useful tool, especially during a time when we are not able to come together for more traditional professional learning,” said Chief Talent Officer Devin Fletcher. “The Hub will offer tech support, professional development, and even 120 live virtual learning sessions along with a number of ‘anytime’ learning opportunities and resources for all of our teachers. We will continue to build libraries of information relevant to all of our teams across the district.”
Resources will range from videos, recorded courses, and articles for support employees to longer, self-directed Canvas and EdX courses for teachers.
