Cold front moving into Tulsa area

(TULSA, Okla.) Luckily Sunday is the last day for excessive heat as cooler and drier air filters into the region behind a cold front over the next few days. Less humid weather expected for much of the upcoming work week as upper trough stalls over the eastern continental United States in response to strong blocking high over the western Atlantic. A secondary surge of drier air is expected on Tuesday with a surface ridge persisting through at least Thursday.
