Man wanted for First Degree Murder

On August 29. 2018 Cedric Cotton DOB 12/9/1984 was shot and killed on the parking lot at 11315 E 11 St. The suspect fled in a red 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe. The suspect has been identified as Terry Markham DOB 1/10/1971 OK DOC 173886. The Tahoe has been recovered by the Tulsa Police Department. We are actively searching for Markham to arrest him for this murder. We believe he is armed and there is no indication that he is in a vehicle. The investigation has led us to believe he left a residence in North Tulsa on foot. We know that Cotton and Markham know each other yet the motive has not been discovered. Cotton’s murder is Tulsa’s 31st murder for 2018. Anyone with information on where Markham is hiding please call Crime stoppers at 918 596 2677.
