Missing man’s body found along highway in Pawnee County

A man’s body was found by an Oklahoma Department of Transportation crew along Highway 412 near the Bears Glen exit in eastern Pawnee County just after noon Friday. The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man as Thomas Tisher, 50, of Cleveland, Oklahoma. His family had reported him missing on December 10. Investigators believe Tisher went to the Osage Casino with a neighbor a couple days before he was reported missing. The neighbor said he and Tisher got separated, and he went home when he couldn’t find him. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating the death as suspicious. The cause and manner of death has yet to be determined. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the OSBI.
