Man killed after exiting wrecked vehicle

A fatality auto-pedestrian collision occurred on Wednesday at about 10 p.m. on I244 southbound and 2nd Street South in Tulsa City limits.

Frank A. Rodriguez, 28, of Moore, Oklahoma struck a pedestrian that was crossing the roadway after exiting his vehicle from a previous collision.

The victim has been identified as Christopher Allen Dodge, 41, of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Rodriguez was not injured.

The crash remains under investigation.
