(GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich.) The Grand Traverse Sheriff's office says a man is dead after he was stabbed on Thursday. 
According to the sheriff's office, Thomas Dwayne Johnson a 53 year-old Traverse City man was stabbed after an altercation with a 65-year old Traverse City man. 
It happened just before 6 p.m. Thursday on Keystone Road on property near the Goodwill Inn in Garfield Township. 
Johnson was taken to Munson Hospital where he died. 
The Grand Traverse Sheriff's office says the 65 year-old man was taken to the Grand Traverse County Jail for open murder.

Man dies after being stabbed
