Man arrested for indecent exposure in downtown Tulsa

(TULSA, Okla.) On Saturday just before 2 a.m., officers were dispatched to 300 North Main Street in reference to an Indecent Exposure in Progress. Two female victims stated that they were walking back to their vehicle and observed the suspect, William Cunningham, behind some bushes. The victims stated that they thought that he was just urinating and walked by. Cunningham then turned towards the victims and they realized that he was masturbating while staring at them. The victims ran to their vehicle and locked the door, but Cunningham decided to follow them and continued his escapades while staring at the victims through the windows. A Tulsa police officer was in the immediate area and was able to respond quickly enough to observe the suspect by the victim's vehicle making hand gestures near his genital region. The suspect was taken into custody and he was ultimately booked for Indecent Exposure.
