(TULSA, Okla.) At about 7 p.m. Wednesday, a homicide occurred at 800 North Highway 75. The victim, 46-year-old Angela Walker, was shot during a struggle over a gun. Walker and a second suspect were breaking into a car at that location when the car owner showed up and confronted them. The second suspect pulled a gun and a struggle ensued between the car owner and the suspect. The gun went off during the struggle and Walker was shot and killed. The suspect fled the scene on foot and was not apprehended. On Thursday, the suspect contacted his attorney to contact us. At about 1 p.m., he turned himself over to Homicide, Warrants and ATF detectives peacefully. He is currently at detective division being detained as further investigation is done prior to being booked. We are withholding the suspect's name for the moment to give detectives time to do some additional investigation.
