Bike for Tulsa Police Officers’ Memorial this Saturday

(TULSA, Okla.) The Cop Land Classic Bicycle Ride is the largest fundraiser for the Tulsa Police Officers’ Memorial. The Ride is scheduled for May 18, 2019 at 8am. The Ride starts and finishes at the Memorial, site located at 6066 E. 66th Street North. The Ride began in 2010 as the Thin Blue Ride, then became the Cop Land Classic in 2012.  Overall this will be the 9th bike ride put on by the Memorial growing from 40 riders the first year to 380 in 2016.  Our goal is to have 400 riders this year. The Ride has 5 lengths of routes:                                         “Misdemeanor 15” “Felony 31” “Deferred Sentence  44” “Escape Route 57” “67 to Life”  Riders can register at on-site the day of the Ride for $40. If a person doesn’t ride but wants to support the Memorial they can visit the Memorial’s website at tpdmemorial.com.
