Bank robber threatens bomb at Midtown IBC

(TULSA, Okla.) On Monday, a man entered the IBC Bank on East Skelly Drive. The man was wearing a wig and hardhat. He was also carrying a tool bag.   The man demanded money from the teller and threatened that he had a bomb.   The man then left the business and walked away in a southwestern direction.
