Homeless man arrested for exposing himself to children

(TULSA, Okla.) On Saturday at about 3:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to 124 N Wheeling Ave to investigate an indecent exposure. A citizen called police and advised that a black male (later ID as Mark Roberson C203881) had walked by his residence where several persons were in the front yard (including an 8 and an 11-year-old) when he pulled his penis out of his pants and made eye contact with the victims. These same victims had called police earlier about Roberson standing by a nearby church with his pants around his ankles with his penis exposed, but, did not want to be victims when Roberson was located by officers. This time, Roberson was advised by officers to cease his deviant activity, but, decided not to heed officers’ warnings.   At the time of this article, Roberson was on his way to the Tulsa County Jail for anticipated charges of Indecent Exposure.
