Arrest made after fatal stabbing at Taco Bell

(TULSA, Okla.) Friday morning at about 08:45 AM, officers responded to a stabbing at the Taco Bell, 4600 E. 51st St. The victim was at the Taco Bell dropping his wife off to work. Through the course of the investigation, it has been learned that the victim and suspect, Christian Cook, got into a fight in the bathroom and Cook got the worst of it. After recuperating in the bathroom, Cook got up to leave and was stepping out of the Taco Bell. The victim can be seen with his arms at his side walking towards Cook, who turns, pulls a large knife out and stabs the victim once in the torso. Cook then flees the scene and was caught by RID Patrol and Directed Patrol officers at 5100 S Oswego. Detective Calhoun conducted an interview of the suspect down at Detective Division. Cook will be booked for manslaughter, but has to be evaluated at the hospital first for injuries sustained in the fight. The victim has yet to be identified.
