(TULSA, Okla.) On Tuesday just before 11 p.m., officers were patrolling the area of E. Admiral Place N. Gary Ave. when they heard people in the adjacent area yelling for help. Officers made contact with two victims who sustained gunshot wounds to their lower left legs. Both were ultimately transported to St. John Medical Center for medical treatment.    The victims stated they were walking from the QuikTrip located at 3230 E. Admiral Place when they observed a white Ford F-150 stop in the area of E. Admiral Place and N. Gary Ave.  The victims stated a white male and a white female exited the truck.  The female, holding a cell phone, stated they were there filming a documentary.  Afterwards, the male suspect, described as a white male, produced a handgun and fired numerous times at the victims.  The suspects fled the area.  Officers established a perimeter in an attempt to locate the suspects but were not successful. Officers looked at surveillance video from the QuikTrip but did not observe a truck matching the description.  Officers recovered twelve (12) 9mm cartridge casings.
